International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The local customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and compliance charges on your international order. The recipient will be responsible for all additional charges required for customs clearance. Upon arrival at customs, you will be contacted by our shipper or the customs office to arrange payment of any due charges.
Regal Jewellery Design has no control over duty and tax rates.
Delay at Customs Clearance
We are not responsible for delays due to customs, as these are unprecedented situations that may occur during transit. Please contact us, and we’ll try to expedite the delivery.
If You Decline the Parcel at Delivery
Deliveries refused due to unpaid duty fees are not eligible for a refund or return. As these are prepaid orders, we request you to contact us before declining the parcel.
Transit Insurance
We provide transit insurance on all parcels valued above $500 at no additional cost. Transit insurance for other parcels can be availed at an additional cost of $10.
Delivery Location
Orders can be delivered to residential and commercial locations only. Delivery to public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, and roads is not permitted.

If your purchase is intended as a gift, we offer complimentary gift packaging upon request. Please email us your order details.
